We hope you’re delighted with your Lakes Pet purchases but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right. If you would like to return or exchange a product for any reason we offer a no-fuss returns and exchanges policy.
Simply return the item within 14 days unused (and dog hair free!) in its original condition with all packaging intact. We will post out a replacement product as soon as we receive a tracking code for your returned item - we don't wait to receive it back, we wouldn't want to deprive a pet of its comfy bed for any longer than necessary! We therefore recommend that you get a tracking number for your returned item, so we can action the return quicker.
Any refunds will be charged back to the original payment card.
Please note that we do not refund the postage charge for returning an item, but we do send exchanges to you free of charge. The address to send returns to is:

We can also arrange for the item to be collected by our couriers for a flat fee of £10.

If you wish to cancel an order that we have not yet dispatched please email us as soon as possible on orders@lakespet and we will cancel the order and issue a refund in line with our Refunds Policy.
